A scaled model for the desgin, so we can imagine how we ll build our body,as not to waste any iron.
These are iron sheets which are being cut,welded and reshaped, 1.5" thickness, h*w 120*90(cm) the lower sheet,120*70 the upper sheet as you can see the lower sheet is bigger so a person can stand on as a foot step.
The springs,These are dacia's(a french car) springs which we found them suitable for the weight handling,they are hard and due to there height they are smooth h=30cm w=7cm.(The spring is an important choice to make, because the seat wiil be upon them).
Before installing them,they needed to be cleaned from rust and repaint them.
After painting.
Installing by cutting 12 small iron pieces drilled from both sides fixed with 2 nails each, and also the lower&upper sheets been drilled.A spring was centerded at the midle of the body &the either under the seat.
Know the 2 sheets are fixed toghter as you can see.
4 wheels with brakes at the corners of the body to make movement easier
The seat, it was made for us by Alya company,its an opel corsa design with adustable back for more comfort(our idea).
We put our touch, the seat built and the racing seat built pad,for racing feeling.
The seat stand its height 15cm so it be suitable with the computer screen infront of it.The seat is fits on that stand without fixing .
The computer stand it can take a laptop or a pc screen for variate,(its very strong due to the desgin).It looks like a letter Z, which we thought alot on its shape to make it efficient and good looking too,it made of iron sheet 1"(to reduce weight) Its height 75cm, width 45cm.
